When Verizon launched 5G Home Internet, which required a professional installation. Installers needed an app to help them locate the best 5G signal in the house and guide them through the step-by-step installation process.

As a user experience designer for the 5G professional install app, I translated complex requirements into user journeys that aligned stakeholders. This app guided the installer to the customer’s house and led them through a series of actions to complete the installation of 5G Home.
